New York's Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration is the nation's longest running festival celebrating Asian diversity. The Heritage Week was established in 1978 and was later expanded to a month in 1992. Last year over 23,000 people joined us. We anticipate an even larger audience due to the 40th anniversary celebration.
